What Could Cause Unexplained Delay In Periods Despite Pregnancy Test Being Negative?

i have always had a 30 cycle give or take a day or two max. last month my period was nine days late but i eventually got it. so i calculated 30 days from the first day of that period and according to that as of today i am 9 days late again. could i be pregnant or what else could it be? nothing else has change in my life or lifestyle. no more stress than usually. dont know whats going on. i have 2 hpt but both have come out negative. i took them 3 days after i expected my period and then 3 days after that. since then i havent tested. can you help?
