What Could Cause Vaginal Discharge?

yes, my doctor told me she saw and felt some nodules after I complained about fluttering and pulling on my right side, I also have had a vaginal discharge from time to time and treated it with monstate over the counter. My doctor after taking a pelvic exam told me take vagisel, which did help the discharge and that she would order a ultra sound for me to take to further look at the problem. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from her yet, my conern is I am a 14 year cancer survior I had renal cell carcasnomia, and I get a anxious when I have to wait to long for a result. However, my doctor did say that the nodules were not causing the discomfort but perhaps you can give me a little bit more information about this, also, I do plan to call her office tomorrow to see what is going on about scheduling the ultra sound and the results from the pelvic test
