What Could Cause Vaginal Itch?

I am itching all over all the time especially in my vaginal area.im 5'7", 118 pds, female. Ive had vaginal problems before, but they were all non serious and treatable. i went to my doctor, and she told me to get a few different kinds of creams and try them out. i did, but im still itching everywhere! All over my legs, and my arms. i also get on and off rashes and my skin will start to get all bumpy like i got attacked by a swarm of mosquitoes.
