What Could Cause Water Filled Bumps Below Foreskin That Sting On Bursting?

Hi, can someone please help me out? I'm having a small cluster of water filled bumps on the underside of my foreskin. If they pop while bathing or from general handling, they would sting/burn a little on further contact with water. I had sex 3 days ago. Thanks in advance.
