What Could Granulomas With Shortness Of Breath Suggest?

female 32 obese at 185pounds 62 inches tall -take birth control pills x 10 years with off periods for planned pregnacies--5 months ago first developed small pea sized areas under the skin no redness only found them when i noticed a tender area now there are 3 tender areas 2 on right leg 1 on left leg, docs thought i had a bite and developed granuloma/cellulitis but 6 weeks later more are appearing the original area seems to be stable, i have also noticed increasing shortness of breath despite normal activity levels, any thoughts?
