What Could Have Caused Discoloration On Penis?

Am age 35, weigh 95 kg, 5ft 11. married for over a year, my wife not pregnant yet. I noticed discolouration on my testis, like a skin with ezcema. i went for the first semen test and the result~

yielded moderate growth of staph aureus, pus ++, count 15 million per ml, motility~ 20 percent active, 80% non-motile.

From the sensitivity i took Gentamicin inj for 10 days and ceporex. i waited or a month and went for a second test.

RESULT  ~ yielded scanty growth of staph aureus. count~49 million per ml, morphology~ normal cells 80 %, abnomal swollen 20%, motility~ 20% active, 20% slugish, 60 non-motile, ph 8.

Sensitivity - Genta ++, pefloacine +++, ciproflox +++, Augumen ++, caporex R, septrin R.

ISSUES

~ i took ciprofloxacine for 10 days

~ the colour of my testis has return to normal.

~ is over 2 months now since i took the first medication and over a month since i took the second medication

QUESTION~ Can my sperm impregnate my wife now?  what do i do now? any hope?
