What Could It Be If Having Reccurring Labial Swelling, Itching And Peeling Of Skin?

i am having reoccurring issues with labial swelling, itching and peeling of the skin. right now i am on antibiotics so i understand that could be a large part of the issue. but it comes back regardless. i have used otc yeast infection treatments that seem to aleviate, but again it comes back. also i am getting small tears in the skin...im not sure anymore that its just a yeast infection
