What Could Liquid Discharge From A Burn Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I have a small burn on my arm. There was no liquid coming out of it. But I was um well messing around with it and then a drop of liquid came out of it. No more liquid has come out of it since. Do I still need to wrap it? IS it an emergency?
