What Could The Bump On Forehead With A White Center Be?

hi, my name is emily, and i am a 16 year old girl, i don't get skin problems, but for 3 years now, i have a spot or scar on my forehead, it is not red, but is the same skin tone as my skin, and has a white dot on occasionally, it it raised, and about the size of a grain of a circular grain of rice, it is very noticable, and i was wondering if you could tell me what it is, or if i can get it removed?
