What Could The Dark Spot Near Clitoris Be?

I m 15 years old and I have this dark spot right along side of my clitoris and it doesn t really bother me that much but I just noticed it. I also have this pain on my pee hole that comes and goes. It just feels like something s pinching it or something, or like it has a cut on it. Help?!?!
