What Could The Lump Of Skin Protruding In Between The Anus And Vagina Be?

4 mos Pregnant. .but just noticed 2 pieces of a lump of skin protruding out in between my vagina and my anus..it doesn t itch or burn and it s that same color as my skin..i have had issues with constipation but the skin is not on my anus as a hemorrhoid would be. I ve had a pap and lab work in which everything was normal.What could this possibly be?? The first thing that came to my mind is the herpes virus but that definitely couldn t be the case.# cared and Concerned
