What Could The Red Dots Underneath The Penis Be?

About three to four days ago I started getting an itchy sensation right under my penis head. It keeps on itching, specially at night. Now today I saw that I have a few reddish areas/dots right at the bottom on my penis head (the corona) its just a small area, on the left side. What can this be?
