What Could Two Red, Freckle Sized Dots On Inner Thigh With Purple Pea Sized Mark Indicate?

Hi I have just taken a bath n have noticed two red freckle sized dots on my inner thigh and a purple pea sized mark. It doesn't hurt and isn't a lump. I've never had anything like this on me before and it wasn't there yesterday. Please can you advise? Thank you
