What Do Goosebumps Like Rash On Shoulders Indicate?

rash started 3.5 wks. ago. on my shoulders-like goosebumps. no itch. i'm 55 and have always had PERFECT skin-no pimples as a teen. poison sumac once 5 yrs. ago. the rash changed after a couple of days to hard red bumps that itched-i scratched and now the original 2-300 goosebumps on my shoulders has turned into 20 or so large red scabbed from scratching bumps all over my back. has since also spread to upper arms first-then lower legs, then lower arms, then upper thighs and hips, then upper leg, now to my neck and my scalp and hairline are beginning to itch-no bumps. possibly fear that it will spread to my head/face and i'm imagining itch- i hope!! no insurance-sound familiar? any advice?
