mri result says straightening of normal cervical lordosis and moderate sized right paracentral disk osteophyte complex at c5 c6 which does have mass effect upon thecal sac and spinal cord in this area also mild disk osteophyte at c3 c4 and c6 c7 i was in a car wreck what does this mean
