What Does A White Bump Near A Removed Mole Site Indicate?

Hi, I had a mole removed 5 days ago and I have been cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide and I've been putting neosporin and a band aid. But now, it looks red around it and I saw a little white bump next to it. I wonder what that might be. The area still bothers me and it burns everytimes I clean it.
