What Does Anteverted Bulky Uterus Suggest?

I did a scan recently which showed that I have a non gravid anteverted bulky uterus measuring about 96mm x 72mm x80mm with inhomogenous myometrial echo texture. The scan also showed a thickened and distorted endometrial plate. While there were 2 well defined ovoid shaped echopenic solid masses ( 1 submucous and the other intramural) How does this affect my fertility, I am 38 years and trying hard for a baby. I also experience bleeding in between my cycle. Can this affect ovulation?
