What Does Anteverted Uterus In My Pelvic Scan Indicates?

Sir, I did A pelvic Scan and the result of the test answer thus: Normal Size, Non gravid and anteverted uterus measuring about 38mm in the AP diameter with homogeneous myometrial echopattern . The uterine outline is consistent and of border regularity. The endometrial plate measures about 6mm in thickness, no retained products of conception, no uterine myoma noted. Moderate fluid collection is noted in the posterior cul-de-sac, SUGGESTIVE of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). IMPRESSION (1)Acyesis (2)PID (3)Hvs mcs advised. Sir, the main reason why i have to undergo the Pelvic Scan was due to the reason that i always have a symptoms of pregnancy such as : Feverish, Constant Headache, Backache, Weakness and Abdominal pain. Despite the Symptoms my menstruation occur and that is why i went for the Pelvic Scan and above is the result of the Test. Please advice.
