What Does Anteverted Uterus With Clear Endometrial Plate Mean?

I am a lady of 31 years old, had my last menstrual period on the 28th of may 2014 and TTC for 13 months now, so went for a pelvic examination test and the result shows that my uterus is anteverted with clear endometrial plate (6.33cmX3.05cm), they also said that there is significant fluid collation seen extending from left adnoxium towards the pouch of douglas and that the right adnoxium is free. please what does this mean?
