What Does Brown Discharge Indicate?

Hello Doctors my period is delayed by 15 days .Both my urine pregnancy tests are negative and Blood test for pregnancy was negatve. Doctor suggested me meprate for 5 days and in the mean time i went for uterus scanning and incidentally found small fibroids and 2 small stomes in kidney. But i never had any heavy bleeding or clots all these years.now after ten days of using meprate i had a brown discharge yesterday but no more bleeding. Can you suggest me anything
