What Does Dull Erratic Pain Around Hip With History Of PCOD Indicate?

Hi there-- 26, 195 pounds and quite healthy generally. No long term treatments or medication. I have had a dull on and off pain over my left hip bone for the past two weeks. Some Polycystic Ovary issues several years ago that were addressed with medication and I haven't had issues all this while. Concerned whether this is something more than a muscle pull or possible cyst. No fever, or other symptoms. Any idea what could be the cause, or what I should have checked?
