What Does Holes On Neck Indicate?

Hi. I am Ivy from the Phils. and I am 18 yrs old. I have this tiny 2 holes on my neck since when I was born and I am curious what is it called and what is it. Odorless fluids tend to come out every time I swallow. Specially when I eat and it makes me very conscious specially when I eat with friends. Is there any painless cure for this? Coz it really drains my self-confidence. Thank you. :)
