what do you mean by the following: cause yesterday i undergo with pelvic ultrasound cause ive been experiencing excessive bleeding for almost 2 weeks.
uterus is anteverted associated with normal size.measuring 74x44x34
endometrium is normal in thk 7mm with homogenous acho texture and regualr outline,
myometrial echodensiy is homogenous.without evedience of any discrete focal mass
both ovaries are normal size , associated with multiple small csyst in favor of PCOD
no free fluid seen in the Posterior culdesac
urinary bladder and pelviv side walls are unremarkable
