What Does Light Menstrual Bleeding And Cramping Indicate?

Hi I have a question about Post-Ovulation bleeding. My period started the 4th of this month and lasted 5 days (4th-8th) I spotted on the 19th and the 20th and then measured a temp spike on the 21st. I am assuming ovulation happened on the 20th (day 16 of my cycle). My concern is that I have had light bleeding and cramping ever since...The 19th-23rd. Is this Ovulation bleeding possibly, implantation bleeding (I assume it's too soon for that), or possibly something more serious.? I do have high risk HPV but have had Colposcopies and biopsies done every six months with no cell change. I am also prone to Bacterial Vaginosis.
