What Does Mammogram Showing Two Clusters Of Small Irregular Calcifications In Breasts Mean?

on recent mammogram showed two clusters of small irregular calcifications anterior aspect of left breast at approx. 12 o clock position and compression magnification views were recommended , what does this mean? I am a 61 yr old female with a history of fibrocystic breast disease and my mother and two of my sisters have had breast cancer. there is no films for radiology to compare since mine was "lost".
