What Does My USG Report Suggest?

Dear Doctor, My wife (Anindita Bera- Aged 36 Yrs) underwent an USG lower abdomen (TVS) in complaint for acute pain left abdomen and high fever in her menstrual cycle.The report says the followings.
i) "Left ovary shows a large complex cystic SOL measuring 7.2X7.6 cm with thick wallas well as thickened internal septations and low level homogenous echoes.
ii) Two small calcific foci measuring upto 4mm sized in right ovary.
iii) Multiple Nabothian cysts seen in cervix measuring 11X10 mm sized.
Tell me what to do is it too much worrisome.?.
