What Does My Ultrasound Report Suggest?

REMARKS: The uterus is retroverted with regular contour and homogenous myometrium. There are no myometrial messes seen. The cervix is closed and homogenous. The endometrium is thin and hyperechoic with intact endomyometrial interfac. T he right ovary is posterolateral to the uterus while the left is lateral. Both contain more than 12 mostly subcapsular follicles measuring less than 1m in diameter with dense sroma. There are no adnexal masses seen. There is fluid in the cul de sac.
