What Does Orange Blood During Menstruation Indicate?

I started menstruating a couple days ago, I am 31 years old and my menstruation has always been bright red blood and very regular every 28 to 29 days since my first period. This morning when I changed my tampon & I noticed that it's orange in color. What could that be/mean?
