What Does Pain In Wrist While Stretching Palm Indicate?

Hi I have problem in my right wrist. With my palm stretched open when i turn my wrist inwards i get a pain just two fingers below the wrist. If i do the same action with wrist closed i dont get any pain. The pain is exactly below the nerve where we check the pulse rate
