What Does Potassium Level Of 2.12, Sodium Level 1.20 With Being On Diuretic And Lasix For Swelling Indicate?

My husband is a quad....has been for two years. he is in the hospital with potassium level 2.12 and sodium level 1.20. we keep having this problem he has been in the hospital five times in the last year over this issue... He is on a diuretic. Lasix for swelling. What do you think?
