Both corpus cavernosa show uniform echotexture. cavernosal arteries are seen. There is welldefined hypoechoic lesion measuring 1.3 x 0.3 x 0.5cms seen at dorsal aspect of root of penile region. The lesion inlying outside the corpus cavernorum.The peak systolic velocity in cavernosal arteries is seen 8 to 13cms/sec with absent diastole
