What Does The MRI Report Mean?

Sir, My father s MRI report has following points. 1. Synostosis with anterior wedging of d12 and L 1 vertebral bodies with normal signal. 2. Posterior bulge of L3- 4 and L4-5 disc which along with fact joint arthropathy at this level is causing indentation over exiting nerve roots, bilaterally ligamentum flavum thickening also seen at L3-4 level 3. Focal ligamentum flavum thickening at d8-9 at d9-10 levels are causing indentation over neural foramina at these levels. please suggest what would be the future course of action. thanks
