What Does The USG Report Regarding The Heavy Bleeding Indicate?

I am 50, have normal period. Experienced bleeding with urination on 3rd day of period. Felt like fresh blood as color was different. Continued for half a day each time with urine and then gradually stopped. USG says uterus not dilated, measures 112 X 76 X 56 mm, with an intramural hypoechoic fibroid of 40 X 38 mm, bulky but normal in shape, outline with myometrial echotexture. There's an intramural hypoechoic fibroid of 40 x 38 mm size in posterior wall of lower uterine body. Central echo is regular and 5.5 mms in thickness. Uterine cavity is empty. No obvious mass lesion is seen in cervix. R. Ovary = 22 x 12mms, L. Ovary = 25 x 12 mms, atrophic, no adnexal mass is seen. No free fluid is seen in pouch of Douglas. USG of lower abdomen study reveals bulky uterus with 2 small fibroids. Have gone for CA 125 and other regular tests but report has not come in yet.
