Hi I think your semen analysis is normal. Your count, motility and morphology is in normal limits. You can try naturally for a pregnancy. If your wife periods are regular and she has no obvious problem, you can try naturally. Be in contact with your wife every 2 to 3 days after her periods stop . It will increase chance of pregnancy. Hope it helps.
