What Does The Vaginal Swab Test Mean?

hello Doc, i did a vaginal swab test - hvs and the results is epithelial cells (++), pus cells (2/1) yeast-like cells (1/1), culture (insignificant growth). Can you please explian it. i want to take seed and i do not know if i should go on with it. thank you.
