What Does This HSG Test Report Indicate?

I am 35 yrs and just had my HSG test.It says, left falopion tube is blocked and right falopian tube is patent. The peritoneal spillage of contrast is loculated in the para-fimbrial regions. This could due to adhesions. Dr, what does this mean in layman sentence?
