What Does This Pelvic Scan Report Indicate?

i am yemmy, age 29,
i did pelvic uss and the result shows these:
Uterine AP diameter is 34mm.
Myometrial echo is smooth.
No localized uterine mass.
Endometrium is normal.
No embryonic echo or yolk sac visualized.
Normal ovaries.
No adnexal cyst.
There is no fluid collection in the cul-de-sac.
No free fluid in the peritoneal cavity.
i want to know the meaning or translation of the results.
Did any of this causes my not getting pregnant since?
What drug can be used to correct this to have pregnancy on time. thanks
