What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello, I had a pelvic ultrasound to check for cysts. The report I received indicates that I my uterus is midline, retroverted, bulky and heterogeneous with multiple uterine fibroids, numbering at least 8 in total, measuring up to 26mm in diameter in the anterior subserosal location. The endometrial echo complex is smooth and regular measuring 12mm in AP thickness - within normal limits for a secretory phase.

Can you please tell me what "midline, retroverted, bulky and heterogeneous" uterus means? Can you also tell me what "anterior subserosal location" means for the fibroids?<an you also please explain what "endometrial echo complex is smooth and regular" means?
