What Does This Trans Vaginal Scan Of Uterus Indicate?

dok I have the result of transvaginal.

The uteres anteverted and measures about 57.2 x 49.5 x 44.5 mm with homogeneous echopattern and contour. No focal lesion seen . The anterior myometrium measures 20.5 mm. The posterior myometrium measures 18.5 mm. The endometrial stripes is echgenic and has full thickness of 10.9 mm. The cervix is normal in size with intact canal.

The right ovary measures 25.6 x 21.5 x 15.5 mm while the left ovary measures 32.9 x 18.9 x 28.2mm. There are anechoic cysts seen within both ovaries. The largest on each side measures 8.2mm and 10.1mm on the right and left ovaries respectively. No free in the posterior cul-de-sac.



The Impression: Normal size anteverted uterus with intact endometrim

Ovarian cysts, bilateral probably physiologic

clinical correlation is suggested

followup study maybe done if clinically warranted
