What Does This Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

HI, Good evening. I had an ultrasound last week because of the heavy bleeding,here's the result Heterogenous large structure in the mid pelvis measuring 17.3x11x16.2x11.3 cm which is most suggestive of a enlarger myomatous uterus. The endometrium is difficult to measure due to the heterogeneous appearancee but there seems to be fluid within it.There is no free fluid in the pelvis. The right ovary was not visualized. the left ovary measures 3.0x2.9x2.6 cm and appears to contain several calcifications.
