What Does Tubular Cystic Structure With Incomplete Septae Mean?

My mother is 54 years old, she is 5'8 inches tall and is 75 kgs. She always suffer from a pain at here lower part of the body. We thought its rheumatism. I accompany her for her check up and the doctor advised her for a pap smear after that the doctor said that my mother should undergo TVS ultrasound. The ultrasound results says that she have tubular cystic structure with incomplete septae measuring 4.7x1.4cm in the parauterine/adnexal on the right side but here ovarian structures are both normal..what does this mean?is this dangerous?
