What Does"A Well Circumscribed Heterogeneous Mass Of (3.8x4.1x3.7cm) In Endometrail Canal Suggest?
I was diagnosed of having myoma. In my medical report, it is stated that there is a well circumscribed heterogenous mass measuring 3.8 x 4.1 x 3.7 cm noted in the endometrial canal attached to the posterior wall of the myometium. The endometrium is hyperechoic measuring 0.4 cm. The medical terms used are not really familiar to me. All I know is that I have myoma and the doctor told me to have surgery (hysterectomy), I declined because I don't have a child yet. I am 31 years old and just got married. I'm having heavy menstrual period (monthly) and I suffered from anemia. I resigned from work because of my condition. Can there somebody who could help me and explain what am I going through? Is there any option other than hysterectomy? Do I really need surgery? Is there a possibility for me to have my own baby? Please help. God bless us all.
