What Is Polycystic Ovarian Disease?

Iam 20years old..my height is 5ft8inch.my weight is 72kg.i suffered from aplastic anemia 7yrs back..from then i had irregular periods.Now my ultrasound pelvis report shows POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN DISEASE.Both ovaries are bulky with multiple peripherally situated subcentimeter sized anechogenicities. right ovary measures 37*32*20mm-13cc ,left ovary measures 35*27*25mm-12cc.my complete blood picture report shows :platelet count 40,000cells/cmm, all others are normal peripheral smear Anisopoikilocytosis/Microcytic mild Hypochromic few pencil shaped cells and tear drop cells seen.Moderate thrombocytopenia.what does all these mean?is any thing dangerous?plz help me
