What Is A Hemorrhagic Follicle In Ovary?

Good day, im nanette from the philippines, my LMP was last Jan 20, i undergone follicle monitoring at day 11 with 1.4x1.3x1.4 mms. day 15 with 2.3x 2.2 x 2.3 cms and my last was today Feb 9 for day 20 and the follicle reaches to 3.96 x 3.24 x 2.94 cms and the impression of the sonoligist is hemorrhagic follicle.
questions:
1. does it mean i did not ovulate?
2. what happen if the follicle will continue to grow?
3. if you give your clinical answer, what would it be?
