What Is Alopecia Areata Treatment?

Hi Doctor.....i just want to know about alopaceia areata treatment?....i have done the steroid injection in my scalp last month ....now i can see small hairs there....but still i can see some hairs are falling near to that big spot. I did this injection in kerala. MAy i know i can go ahead with any effective lotion??
