What Is Brown Line Running Along Penis From Scrotum To Foreskin?

Hi I'm 16 about 5"9 and weigh 9.5 stone, I have a brown line that runs along the underside of my penis, from my scrotum to the end of the foreskin, it gets thinner as it gets closer to the foreskin. It's been there for as long as I can remember, is this common or do you know what it is?
