What Is Causing Delay In Periods?

Hi im 21 year old female i got my last period on 20th june and since then i havent got it again my average cycle length is 35 days. Recently i have been feeling warm and when i check my temp its 99 F and i have this heaviness in my legs im not pregnant. Whats the reason and when should i expect my next period?
