What Is Causing The Discomfort In Back With Minimal Discharge?

I had a laproscopic partial hysterectomy only leaving one ovary back in 11/08, which lead to my colon being knicked which lead to a rectal vaginal fistula. I had this repaired in 9/09 by having a gastronologist put a clip on the small opening that was then passed. This past May 11, I noticied once again when I went to the bathroom that I had a discharge that lasted a couple days so I let it go. Well the other day it happened again along with some back discomfort, it is very minimal discharge and not with everytime I go to the bathroom. I'm not sure what to do, the back discomfort is worrying me more than anything, is it possible that I could be forming an abcess where the clip was placed after almost two years?
