What Is Causing The Nausea And Vomiting Of My Husband?

Hi doctor, My query is related to ulcerative colitis. My husband is having ulcerative colitis from last april. Now He has nausea and vomiting after oral intake of food. Doctors say it is not a relapse, instead he has anxiety. Please suggest how to deal. His age is 29 , weight 49 kg.
