What Is Causing The Pain In My Left Side Abdomen?

I'm a 30 yr old female. I'm about 2 weeks from being due for my next period. I believe I have already ovulated although I'm not 100% sure. I have been sexually active, my partner and I are trying to conceive. I had some pretty strong cramping this morning mostly on the left side but a little bit in center as well. It did not go away at all though instead hours later the pain is now dull and achy and its located more in my left side. My cervical fluid has changed a bit in the last 24 hrs and is more of white creamy looking fluid. Should I be concerned about the pain? Could it be pregnancy? It's too early to test right?
